1. Prepare – surfaces must be clean, dry and sound. Lightly sand plywood or GRP; degrease existing Coatings and scuff to a matt finish.
2. First coat – stir well ideally with metal mixer and drill to lift the aggregate, then roll or brush evenly (no thinning). Allow at least 6 hours.
3. Second & third coats – repeat twice more, changing roller direction for uniform texture.
4. Cure – light route-setting next day; full sessions after 72 hours at 20 °C (longer if cooler).
5. Clean-up – warm water and mild detergent; no solvents.
6. Ongoing care – vacuum chalk dust regularly. When colour dulls, wash, lightly sand and apply a single refresher coat.

1. Do I need a primer? Not on clean plywood or sound paint. Seal very porous blockwork or MDF edges first.
2. Can I spray it? No—the built-in aggregate is designed for roller or brush.
3.  Is it suitable outdoors? Yes—UV-stable acrylic and mineral aggregate handle British

4.  Will it wreck my shoes? The micro-aggregate is comparable to fine gritstone—sticky but kinder than coarse sand mixes.
