The paint charges under light and emits a bright glow in low-light or blackout conditions. The glow duration depends on the intensity and length of time the surface is exposed to light.It will have a strong glow for 20 minutes, it will continue to glow for around 1 hour after that point but will be a reduced glow level.  Once a light source is removed the glow will start to decrease.
