Deliveries

Deliveries take place Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays), Unfortunately we are unable to specify a particular delivery date or time. We do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday. All orders usually require a signature upon delivery. If you are unlikely to be in during the day, consider having your order delivered to your place of work, or another business address where somebody will be able to accept and sign for it.

The listed price of delivery on the website (see your shopping basket) is for UK Mainland only (unless free postage special offer is running), if the delivery address is not on the Mainland you will need to await a postage quote before paying for your order (follow the onscreen instructions at checkout stage).

Availability

All items should be in stock. However at particularly busy times we may have to delay your order by a day or two. If this is the case Specialist paints Online Ltd will email you to let you know and offer a refund if you are not willing to wait.

Safety and Application Directions

Please ensure that you refer to the relevant data sheets for products purchased for the correct application methods and coverage rates. These are available on the product pages for you to download and print.

Returns

Any goods returned to us must be in an UNOPENED, RESALEABLE condition when they arrive back with us.

The goods should be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

Return shipment will be at your own cost.

When returning products we recommend that you use a carrier who offers shipment tracking and you insure the package for its full value. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during transit. If you do not return the goods in the original and undamaged packing with all their components, we will be unable to re-sell the goods as new so no refund would be given.

Goods must be returned within 7 working days of receipt. Please note that we are unable to accept back non-faulty items after 7 days of receipt.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect and advise us within 24 hours of receipt if goods are damaged. Our carriers do not accept responsibility for damaged goods beyond this period of time.
